Agreement to These Terms

The Website is operated by Dependable Plumbing Services, LLC ("Dependable," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the Website. They do not replace a signed estimate, work authorization, invoice, membership agreement, financing agreement, warranty, or other service-specific agreement. If these Terms conflict with a written agreement for services, the service-specific agreement controls for those services.
Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Website. If you use the Website for a business, property owner, tenant, or other person, you represent that you are authorized to act for that party.
Website Information and Service Availability
Website content is provided for general information. Service descriptions, availability, service areas, scheduling windows, pricing examples, promotions, and other content may change without notice. Services are subject to technician availability, applicable licensing requirements, access to the property, an on-site or remote assessment, and acceptance of a written estimate or work authorization when required.
Information shown on the Website is not a binding estimate or guarantee. A price, timeline, diagnosis, or recommendation becomes binding only when stated in a written agreement authorized by Dependable.
Service Requests, Scheduling, and Emergencies
Submitting a form, booking request, email, or text message does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when Dependable sends or provides confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and service information and for promptly notifying us of changes.
The Website, email, and text messaging are not monitored continuously and should not be used for life-safety emergencies. For an urgent plumbing or HVAC request, call (910) 803-3487. For fire, gas, carbon-monoxide, medical, or other life-safety emergencies, leave the area when appropriate and call 911 or the applicable utility emergency line.
Estimates, Payments, Cancellations, and Warranties
Any estimate, deposit, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, financing, and warranty terms applicable to a service will be disclosed in the relevant estimate, work authorization, invoice, membership agreement, or other written service document. Those service-specific terms control. Website content does not create a warranty. Any warranty is limited to the written warranty provided with the applicable service.
Communications
If you provide contact information, you authorize Dependable to contact you as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, schedule or perform requested services, provide requested information, and administer the customer relationship, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. Consent to receive text messages is governed by the SMS Terms & Conditions below and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Program Description
Dependable Plumbing Services, LLC offers a conversational and informational text-messaging program for customers and people who request information or service. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmation, reminders, technician arrival or status updates, rescheduling notices, requested service information, and service follow-up. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
This SMS program is not used for promotional advertising under these Terms. If Dependable introduces marketing or promotional text messages, it will obtain any separate express written consent required before sending them.
Consent and Enrollment
You may enroll by checking an optional SMS-consent box on a Website form, making a documented request by another available method, or initiating a text conversation with us. By opting in, you authorize Dependable to send service-related conversational and informational text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us promptly.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Dependable does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.
Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. We may send one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out, after which no additional messages will be sent through this SMS program unless you later provide new consent or initiate a new conversation as permitted by law. We will also honor any other reasonable request that clearly communicates your desire to stop receiving text messages.

Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer
